Cancellation And No-Show Policy
We truly value your time and appreciate your understanding. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. Please note that a 50% fee of the scheduled service will apply for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for missed appointments.
Late Policy
At Bliss Blo Bar, we strive to make every visit a fantastic experience. To help us do that, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you’re running late. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, your stylist may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or offer an alternative that works within the available window.
